A JOURNEY THROUGH TRADITIONS, CULTURE AND EXCELLENT LOCAL PRODUCTS.

Organized by ‘Gli Econauti’, these itinerant events are hosted in some of the most beautiful fine houses in Salento. Finger Sud is designed to reveal the hidden treasures in our villages, by bringing together two themes – good food and cultural heritage – while catering for all tastes in an accessible, history-filled location.

– Demonstration of papermaking from Ficus Carica – Andrea De Simeis
– Culinary journey inspired by the fruit of fig tree at Masseria Giovanni

The outstanding chef Imma Pantaleo will lead a sensory journey through seasonal, organic and local products.

Participation fee:

€ 60 Adults
€ 30 from 6 to 13 years
Free from 0 to 5 years.
